101 amigos!

Welcome bradly71 who is number 101 and cheerfulchaoticwho managed to be friend # 100!

I still haven't had a chance to write about the rest of my trip to LA, I need to do this soon... I did weed through the Disneyland pictures and put the best one up on .mac. I've also been working on my YES! Year End Summation! I should be done with that soon.

I have to go and change all the Mac user's email addresses again. Mine is now 35 characters long. that's a sentence not an address! I'm off!

OH! You were in LA? When? I was probably in New Mexico, but Jeff would have loved to have hung out. Next time you're here, let us know.

Disneyland is fun if you want to feel like a kid again. I really enjoyed it. there is also Knott's Berry Farm (which has good rides and Amazing food) and Six Flags Magic Mountain with has great rollercoasters. all three places are about 40 minutes from LA proper. of course you know nobody walks in LA... because you can't everything is too far away, so make sure to get a rental car. Venice Beach is also fun, you have to do at least one California beach. give me a heads up on when it is and maybe I can go down to visit my parents and meet you for dinner or something. It would be very cool to meet my favorite author. Don't worry I'm no Kathy Bates and seeing as you are so much taller than me... I don't think I'm much of a threat!

the last time i went to disneyland (when i was about 10) the only ride that didn't have a long ass line around the corner & back was mr. toad's wild ride. so guess which ride i went on at least 10 times in a row? my parents finally had enough and forbid me to go on it again... wow... i'm amazed it's still there...

A joke I just read... thought of you!
On my four-year-old daughter's first trip to Disneyland, she couldn't wait to get on Mr. Toad's Wild Ride. As the car zoomed through the crazy rooms, into the path of a speeding train, and through walls that fell away at the last second, she clutched the little steering wheel in front of her.

When the ride was over, she said to me a little shakily,
"Next time, you drive. I didn't know where I was going."

Your just adorable.
How were the frozen bananas? They didn't look like they were enjoying them too much. LOL

yeah, they didn't seem to be enjoying them too much. They were having problems eating them because they were too frozen.
