75th aniversary.

75 years ago today Prohibition was repealed. Thank goodness. Can you imagine if it wasn't... would other things that aren't healthy have joined Alcohol in Prohibition? Cigarettes. Twinkies! Nacho cheese. Coke! Yay for letting people make their own decisions on how to live their lives.

Now, if they could move on to marijuana, cocaine, etc. The amount of money that is spent of the so called "war on drugs" is astounding.

Yay for letting people make their own decisions on how to live their lives.

I'll drink to that.

The next step, however, is getting people to take responsibility for how they live their lives.

It is funny and the govt. should be thankfful and that will be the only industry that probably doesn't suffer from economy effects. People may be broke but will always want their booze!
