The offical "I'm not dead yet post."

I am only human. To err is human. Everybody makes mistakes, the key is to learn from them. The question is, when you are handing out mistakes like hugs at a family reunion, are your really learning from them or just enduring them? I feel like I’ve been making a lot more mistakes than usual lately. At the moment my mind is blaming the the consistent speed of my life these last few months. I haven’t had much time to analyze. I haven’t had much time to write.

Amazingly even though I have more work, things have really improved at my workplace. I have a new boss, who I consider a friend. He’s a really cool guy and he knows how I feel about this place. So he has really done a lot to improve things for me. He has earned my eternal love for requesting that my grumpy coworker and I be separated. I now sit in a cube on a different floor and am smiling. People keep walking by and making comment like, “I’m sorry you lost your office and are now in the worst cube on the floor but I’m so happy you are on our floor now.” some I have told some that the worst cube is better than an office with a dark cloud and lightning. My cube hovers over Cloud Nine as far as I’m concerned.

I am going to making more time to analyze and write more often. It helps me feel a little less lost, and a little more in control. And now some recommendations. I’m really enjoying this Antony and the Johnsons album as well as the Mika album. I’ve also been obsessively watching the Planet Earth series on the discovery channel. It’s beautiful and amazing in many ways, of course it’s also horrifying too. Luckily they don’t actually show the little baby animals being eaten but I have said behind finger covered lips, “Are they really going to show this polar bear drown?”

YAY! I would love to get another chance to hang out with you. I can definitely host you now... and probably by summer I will have a room a nice little setup for you.

Sounds like an episode of "the Office".

The last few years... the office could have taken notes from my work place. How many IT people do you know who can get away with working from home... I only know one and it sure isn't me.

As always, it's great to see you. Well, "see" you in the internet sense. :]
