with the first link, one might get the impression that you're slightly narcisistic... but of course that person wouldn't be me (chuckle).

yet again i'm feeling like i live in the dark ages with regards to computer technology. what i really need to get is a digital camera and/or a scanner. then again, maybe it's a good thing that i don't because i'm sure all my posts afterward would be nothing but annoying picture after annoying picture ("this is me walking to the bus stop wearing my favorite blue pants, this is me on the bus wearing my favorite blue pants, this is me getting off the bus wearing my favorite blue pants," etc.)

I was a little worried about that but I figured why not. I'm a very visual person and I have an easier time remembering people when I have a face to put with what I read about them. Plus I think that many photos gives people a very accurate idea of what I look like. you know how sometimes you can see a photo of someone and while it looks good, it doesn't look like them. I really wish I could remember who said this. "It took me 30 years and two thousand photos to finally get an accurate portrait of her (sorry I can't remember who).

It's strange, I take less pictures with my digital camera than I did when I before I had it, but I'm sure that has more to do with the fact that all my friends in LA loved having their pictures taken at events so I always was using the camera... I don't have that many subjects here in San Francisco, especially now that Dana and Lanny moved away. Tom is the only one who doesn't give me a dirty look when I point the camera at him.

Thanks! I'm trying to be better about not letting pictures get filed away never to be seen again... unless I load 'em up to the web that is what usually happens.

My favorite pictures are: 10, stinky, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 31, tough, 34, London eye, 2, sleepy sleepy, 42, 43, 50, 59, 6, john steed, New York, Dawn & Jody, 80, 84, and who’s your Monkey.

When I was doing the slide show outlook of your pictures, doing 19 and 20 together fast almost looks as if it was animated. In addition the picture of you in 1999, you look so youthful and charming. The Mummy Monkey pic, I would love to have over the sofa in the Den. I find you so irresistible in the pic 50 of you sleeping.
